I’ve never had an unpleasant experience during my appointments. Honestly this has to be nicest group of people I’ve ever dealt with in a doctors office. The team is always professional and very accommodating. Dr. Hardison is dedicated, thoughtful, and a compassionate doctor. He’s very thorough and his goal for his patients is a healthy outcome.

Super quality care. I went to [West End] with a broken front tooth around April '22, and they were able to find an early appointment for the extraction, then talked me through the process and financing for a permanent implant. Dr. Hardison was patient and attentive with my questions and transparent in what steps the procedure would involve, and staff and reception were all very friendly. Within a few weeks I had a full implant, and by November I was able to get a crown installed by my primary dentist. A year on, and I could not recommend their services enough.

I highly recommend Dr. Hasan at [West End]! I had several gum grafts completed in early June which have healed beautifully with minimal pain and discomfort. I am very happy with how my smile looks - such an improvement! The entire process was wonderful - from scheduling the necessary appointments, reviewing the cost and insurance coverage information, to the procedure itself - everything went very smoothly. Dr. Hasan and his staff are fantastic and I plan to have several more grafts done later this year. Thank you for a great experience!

What a most excellent experience today. I had a dental emergency, my regular dentist was out for a week of conferences, so I was in a panic. The endodontist quickly referred me to Dr. Hardison, "down the hall". Being a new patient, it went quickly and smoothly. He gave his cell phone number in case more trouble sneaks up over the weekend. I follow up on Monday during his lunchtime to make sure all is well. No copays, no charges, no trouble. Already on the antibiotic and feeling better. I felt the doctor cared and the front office staff, too. Overall pleasant experience for what I was dealing with.

I am updating this post based on my most recent visit on June 7, 2024. Everything that I have already said still holds true, but I want to express my gratitude to Lisa, Dr. Hardison and all of the other people that make this practice so amazing!
I am moving away to be closer to family and will miss these wonderful people. When looking at my records, we discovered that I have been visiting this practice since 2009! That speaks volumes. I must admit that I am a bit teary eyed as I write this review. I will miss you all!

I was quite nervous to go for my first appointment, and yet as soon as I entered the office I was greeted with a very friendly and courteous staff member. The entire team was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Hardison was great. I feel I am in very good hands with any procedure that I may need if he is my doctor. I was very impressed and happy to see the entire staff cheerful and friendly with each other. Must be a great place to work each day. That made me feel at ease.

My follow up visit was with Lisa who was wonderful. She had the best bedside manner…So pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and most of all compassionate and kind. She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Great care from start to finish.

I saw Dr. Hardison today to have an implant. Dr. Hardison and his staff were professional, personable and extremely nice. Put me at ease. Asked me several times did I have any questions. He also asked me how I was doing through the procedure. My experience was very positive. He even gave me his number if anything came up. He and his staff looks after their patients.

Dr Hardison and his staff are wonderful. I went there for a second opinion on a deep pocket that got infected. He was able to repair my gum and save my tooth that had no decay. Surgery went quickly and I recovered fast as well. Very happy with my decision to save my tooth rather than pulling it like the other dentist suggested.

Bone and Gum Grafts are not something anyone should look forward to, but I was pleasantly surprised at how well the procedure went. From start to finish the staff made it truly an exceptional experience..

West End Periodontics operates very efficiently. From the moment you enter, the front office staff greets you by name, and you are seen within minutes of your scheduled appointment time. They make excellent use of technology, which means you do not have to submit the same check-in information every visit. The dentist and his assistants are all extremely competent, taking every precaution to ensure you feel comfortable during the procedure. I give them my highest recommendation!

Was recommended to the office by my dentist. From the time I arrived to the time I left I was impressed at the professionalism by the entire staff. Such a friendly atmosphere and Dr. Hardison is an absolute gem. This is the second time I have been seen by his office for a procedure. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
