Rebecca
Operations Manager
Hi, I’m Rebecca! I have been with West End Implants for four years and have enjoyed growing with the company both professionally and personally. It has been such a challenging and rewarding career. This is my first job in the dental industry and I am humbled by my wonderful, hardworking associates and the determination of our patients to lead healthier lives. I enjoy tackling every aspect of the dental office and learning about the industry. In my free time you can find me spending time with my husband, our golden retriever, Riley, and our cat, Lucy. We enjoy traveling, hiking, camping, gaming and going to concerts. My favorite concert so far is Queens of the Stone Age and I LOVE watching The Office and Jeopardy. I am excited to be by your side on every step of your journey to a healthier, happier you!
Ashleigh
Hygienist
Hi, I’m Ashleigh! My career in the dental field began in 2008. I worked as a CDA in general dentistry and with a periodontist part time until I graduated dental hygiene school in 2015. I have continued my passion for working with the periodontally involved as a dental hygienist. I really do love your gums as much, if not more, than my own! If I’m not scaling teeth, I am spending time with my husband, Allan, and son, Xane. I am an avid fitness junkie and have a love for fast cars, specifically the one my husband built for me. Allan and I in addition to our son also have two rescued doggies: Wednesday, and Nova.
Lisa
Hygienist
As a dental professional, I have witnessed first-hand the impact that good oral hygiene can have on overall health and well-being. I take a holistic approach to dental care, considering the whole person rather than just their teeth. My commitment to staying up-to-date on the latest techniques and technology in the field ensures that I can provide the best possible care to my patients. I have over three decades of experience and have worked with Dr. Hardison since 2012.
I believe that a balanced approach to life is key to achieving success in all areas. I understand that our patients have busy lives and may face challenges in maintaining good oral health. My goal is to provide them with the tools and support they need to succeed, while also recognizing the importance of flexibility and compassion.
Outside of work, I prioritize fitness and healthy living. Also I am a busy parent of two college-aged children, I understand the value of time management and the importance of prioritizing both work and family obligations.
Katie
Hi, I’m Katie! Although I just recently entered the dental field here at West End Implants, I have loved every moment! I recently graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor’s degree in elementary education. Although very different than a classroom, it is just as rewarding. I love meeting new patients and learning all about them and their lives! At West End Implants, you may find me going over treatment plans with new patients, or working with your insurance companies. Outside of work, I love to listen to music (specifically country), spend time with my family, friends, and pets, and do anything art-related. I look forward to working with you!
